This Giving Tuesday, Show Every Girl Her Story Matters
A goal worth sharing! We hope to raise $36,800 to sponsor four girls for an entire year at the Healing House. Every gift will provide a safe place for these girls to heal, grow, and begin writing their next chapters with dignity and hope.
At Healing House, our Beauty For Ashes Transition Home, we provide a safe and loving environment for up to eight young women at a time, offering them hope, healing, and a future. They stay with us anywhere from six months to two years, depending on their needs.
Without our home, these at-risk girls in North Africa would be left to face life on the streets alone. We are the first and only transition home for girls like them, providing not just shelter but a lifeline.
Each girl receives:

✔ Education and language tutoring
✔ Job training and mentorship
✔ Support transitioning into independent life

Rita
Rita is focused on her 2nd year of physiotherapy studies, including a practicum at the local University Hospital Center. She also continues studies in English at the American Language Center.
Cherish
After a season of ups and downs, Cherish has been accepted into a Mechanical Engineering program and is studying hard to reach her goals.
Ophelia
Ophelia working hard to finish her 9th grade equivalency. She takes academic classes in the mornings and trains to be a hairdresser/esthetician in the afternoons.
Sophia
Sophia moved into Healing House in April and is working to enroll in a hairdressing program.
